The **Business Intelligence Manager** (**BIM**) will be responsible for providing a variety of statistical methodologies to solve quantitative business issues and increase profitability. They will perform assessments, risk analysis and reporting to support the decision-making process on a variety of projects on an ongoing basis. The **BIM** prepares complex reports and gathers intelligent data to draw informed conclusions on business practices; they subsequently present their findings and progress to key executives from different company teams. This role reports to the CEO and will interact with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Operations. This person must have advanced excel and statistical knowledge.The **BIM** will also be in charge of documenting all business processes and suggesting ways in which to standardize procedures and policies for maximum efficiency.**Responsibilities**:- Implement, integrate, and extract data from data warehouses across the organization.- Audit and take steps to remedy data quality, including making recommendations for end users.- Design, code, and manage developers to meet specifications for physical, logical, and end user data, dashboards, and tools.- Define, analyze, and report on analytics and financials for a variety of projects.- Communicate results to key stakeholders in order to support informed business decisions by providing in-depth analysis and recommendations.- Provide deep analysis, including what-if scenarios and identifying opportunities for customer sales, new products, and promotions.- Create and maintain predictive programs that drive increased revenue and profit.- Analyze, document, and recommend processes, productivity, efficiency, and optimization.- Analyze product categories to determine profitability and to establish a baseline for action.- Analyze results and set up reports containing respective conclusions, ideas, and general guidance.- Conduct quantitative analysis including but not limited to ROI, trending, identification and assessment of opportunities and risk, forecasting, regressions, correlation, cannibalization, and probability modeling.- Create and report on A/B testing for products online listings and strategies.- Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to find solutions without specific step-by-step instructions.- High level of technical understanding and hands-on experience including dealing with complex data systems and processes.- Effectively communicates and engages with all levels of the USA based organization verbally and in writing with the ability to build effective partnerships across teams while working remotely- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while delivering results in a timely manner.- Attention to detail and accuracy.- Ability to successfully achieve set deadlines.- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and quarterly Board presentations- Skilled at working as a contributing team member and individually on set projects.**Qualifications**:- Advanced Education/ experience in Analytics, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related disciplines.- Technical Skills:- **Advanced** MS Excel (**Required**)- Net Suite (**Preferred**)- **Advanced** Power BI (**Required**)- MS PowerPoint- Experience in, and a demonstrated understanding of statistical analysis and trends.- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, along with quantitative, organizational, and analytical skillsONLY RESUMES IN ENGLISH WILL BE CONSIDERED.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasDisponibilidad para viajar:- 25 % (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
