QA Analyst

**Job Title**: QA Analyst**Location**: Guadalajara (Onsite)**Company**: TCS**Employment Type**: One Time Placement (Client pays monthly)**Experience Required**: 3-8 years**Key Responsibilities**:- Design, develop, maintain, and implement automated testing solutions for mobile apps (short and long term)- Assess app usability and identify areas for improvement- Document and report defects clearly in the defect management system- Collaborate with developers and product owners to resolve issues- Stay current with mobile testing tools, technologies, and best practices**Required Skills & Experience**:- Knowledge of software testing methodologies (ATDD, TDD)- Effective test case design for various scenarios and edge cases- Strong understanding of Android and iOS mobile platforms- Experience with test automation tools: Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber, Protractor, Git, Sonar, Fortify, JMeter, Splunk, New Relic- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment- Experience with defect management systems (Jira, Bugzilla, Mantis)- Analytical and problem-solving skills; meticulous attention to detail- Excellent written/verbal communication skills- Time management and ability to meet deadlines- Adaptability to changing requirements and priorities**Preferred/Good to Have**:- UX principles understanding for app usability feedback- Experience with accessibility compliance testing for mobile apps- Localization testing for different languages and regions- Familiarity with cloud-based mobile testing (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs)- Database and SQL knowledge for data validation**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you proficient with automated testing tools such as Cypress, Selenium, or Cucumber?- Are you able and willing to work onsite in Guadalajara?**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
