Our Bids Specialist position is a unique career opportunity that could be your next step towards an exciting future.How you´ll make an impactAnalyze, develop tender strategies and handle tenders and contracts with customers and commercial partners while ensuring quality and legal compliance.Contribute to the development of tender strategies for the assigned areaRemains up to date with local and regional tender requirements (legal requirements within MedTech)Act as a Quality and compliance specialist for the local organization (ISO, SOX, SOPs, internal/external controls)Perform Tender identification and assessmentPerform Tender submission, outcome analysis and contract handlingAccountable for productivity and quality metrics of staff, and provide regular standard progress reports and quality metrics to management and cross-functional stakeholdersPartner with sales mgrs and reps to manage effectively bids and tenders, participate in improvement projectsPerform routine and ad-hoc data analysis and generate reportsRespond to inquiries and requests from stakeholders and resolve issues with some complexityIdentify opportunities for innovations in processes.What you will needBachelor's Degree in related field3 years of previous analytical experience including, spreadsheets, database management systems, and word processing RequiredWhat else will help youProven expertise in MS Office SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skillsAbility to quantify abstract conceptual data into concrete analysisGood problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skillsSolid knowledge and understanding of analytics and tender managementSolid knowledge of business acumenStrict attention to detailAbility to interact professionally with all organizational levelsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environmentMust be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and representing the organization on specific projectsAbility to build productive internal/external working relationshipsAdhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
