**YOUR IMPACT**:Implement Ford Global Security strategies and programs on a regional level to support specific security needs of the region and work collaboratively with local stakeholders to manage risk, maintain continuity of operations, and safeguard the company’s people and resources.Advise key stakeholders (e.g., local site risk managers, HR or Ford Land Facility Managers) on security best practices, lessons learned, and emerging threats and risks.Assess regional risks, develop mitigation strategies, and continuously monitor risks to Ford facilities and personnel in the region (assess, mitigate, monitor).Ensure a consistent approach to regional security risk management by:Overseeing a multi-tiered Risk Assessment process;Interpreting global security standards;Accounting for local considerations (e.g., legal and regulatory, local threats and risk profiles, and operational considerations).Reviewing guard service and security technology master and service-level agreements.Manage regional security performance metrics to determine the effectiveness of the program.Build strong cross-functional partnerships across the Global Security team and regional stakeholders.In partnership with Global Investigations, oversee the regional investigative process and resource allocation.Promote security across the region and embed within key risk committees and decision-making processes (as appropriate).Liaise with other external agencies (e.g. law enforcement, security providers, government, security staff) to share information and benchmark security-related matters (as appropriate).Manage a comprehensive supply and distribution chain security program to protect operations and products. Provide guidance to minimize supply chain losses and security events.Analyze major security related incidents, identify trends, and develop appropriate preventative strategies to emerging threats.Scope and administers master service agreements with security service providers, technology integrators (as needed), and specialized consulting, investigative and intelligence support for the region.Manage high-risk regional security incidents in the region, including on-site and virtual support, as appropriate.**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**:- Language Requirement: This position will have daily interaction with Documents, systems and business partners and customers all in English. Complete fluency in reading, writing and speaking English is mandatory.- Primary Skills Required: Detail and process oriented. Strong customer handling skills. Ability to troubleshoot and analyze problems with little or no supervision. Ability to communicate effectively with multiple team members and work in a fast-paced group. Ability and willingness to learn Ford proprietary computer systems.- Additional Skills Preferred: Knowledgeable in all MS Office software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
