We’re proud to foster an inclusive environment driving innovation and excellence, and we welcome you to join us on our mission to shape the future of clinical developmentWhat you will be doing- Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of essential study documentation, including study binders, regulatory documents, and site communication materials- Coordinating study-related activities, such as investigator meetings, site initiation visits, and monitoring visits- Facilitating communication between study sites, sponsors, and internal project teams- Tracking and managing study supplies, including investigational products and study materials- Contributing to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance trial efficiency and quality**Profile**:- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field- Prior experience in clinical research or healthcare, preferably in a CRO or pharmaceutical company- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholdersLI-ED1LI-RemoteWhat ICON can offer you:- Our success depends on the quality of our people.
