In this role, you will define and drive the technical product vision, roadmap, and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with market demands, and delivering customer-centric software solutions that meet business objectives.What you will do:- Technical Product Vision and Strategy: Develop technical product vision and strategy by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.- Roadmap Planning and Stakeholder Collaboration: Define and prioritize the product roadmap through collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business, architecture, UX, and other product managers.- Product Development and Requirements Management: Guide product development by detailing software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and support trade-off discussions and negotiations.- Customer-Centric Product Management: Ensure product viability and alignment with business goals by monitoring performance, serving as the voice of the customer, and ensuring a high-quality user experience.- Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.What you will need:- Proven experience managing technical software products end-to-end from problem definition to rollout/change management (telecommunications software experience is a plus).- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering impactful readouts to executive officers and senior leadership.- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects, drive accountability, and deliver results with mínimal supervision.- Experience in cross-functional collaboration, working effectively across diverse teams and departments.- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify root causes, align stakeholders, and implement solutions.- A track record of managing and improving customer and product experiences through proactive and innovative approaches.- Experience managing complex or high-priority technical products and may have more influence on strategic decisions related to the product.
