**Responsibilities**- Technical on Compute solutions like MS AD, Servers- Bring Industry best practices to ensure operational stability- Work on Service improvement projects across in partnership with internal and partner teams- Explore opportunities to optimize the resources- Relevant years of experience in Installation, configuration and troubleshooting knowledge on several compute technologies- Should have good understanding with extensive hands-on experience on Active Directory Services, Servers Setup, Virtualization and Backups.- Provide Lead technical support on all, including complex compute issues - liaising with customer representatives or vendors and supporting/directing other support staff where appropriate. This will include the support of new and existing products that come under the responsibility of the team- Can maintain a lab environment for training, testing of new services and support of customers.- IT Management Solutions like SCCM, Tanium.- Should have good understanding about operating systems Windows/Linux based systems- Handle both re-active (customer call) and pro-active (monitoring) incidents.- Ability to work in a virtual team environment.- Ability to work with multiple teams with multi-geo distribution in multiple countries- Involved in problem management as the owner of the technical resolution Change management.- Handle standard change request, according to our change control and risk review process.Qualifications we seek in you**Minimum qualifications**- Experience in Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of IT Infrastructure on-prem/cloud- Advanced EnglishPreferred qualifications- Windows Server 2016/2019- VMware- NetBackup Software- SAN/NAS managementTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoHorario:- Horas extra- Lunes a viernes- Rotativo- Turno de 8 horas- Turno matutino- Turno vespertinoPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vidaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anualPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- 32414, Juárez, Chih.: Trasladarse al trabajo sin problemas o planear mudarse antes de comenzar a trabajar (Obligatorio)Educación:- Bachillerato terminado (Deseable)Experiência:- Redes y Servidores: 3 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
