Paid Media Specialist

Más Vale Saber is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to work 100% from home and be responsible for the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns.To succeed in this role, you will need a positive attitude, self-confidence, friendly personality, poise, professionalism, a clear understanding of the paid media process, and remarkable communication skills (written and verbal) to influence the buyer’s purchase decision.**About Más Vale Saber Marketing and Consulting Agency**Our mission is to educate, guide, and support people and businesses in marketing, sales, and operations to help them achieve their full potential. We will need individuals with big goals willing to make 10X commitments to their personal, professional, and financial success.**Responsibilities**- Manage and optimize paid campaigns.- Perform daily red flag monitoring for impressions, conversions, & budget pacing.- Clearly define project scope and set expectations with clients.- Ensure all timelines and deliverables are always provided on time.- Automate workflows and sequences.- Review and approve creative and copy to ensure results.- Ensure the organization of client folders, documents, logins, etc.- Ensure all tasks are created for team members.- Manage excellent onboarding for all projects and campaigns.- Set and manage the schedule of deliverables.- Timely communication and delivery of all deliverables to clients.- Review work and provide strategic feedback before presenting it to clients.- Create and manage KPIs report.- Deliver weekly updates to present work and campaign results to clients.- Build relationships with customers and prospects.- Ensure all functions are executed correctly and on time with attention to detail and efficiency.- Represent Más Vale Saber with a high level of professionalism, friendliness, positivity, and customer service in every interaction (internal and external), to develop genuine relationships and inspire trust in the organization.**Key Skills**:- Ability to plan and monitor marketing campaigns.- Decision-maker.- Extensive knowledge of buyers, marketing, and sales processes.- Knowledge in Project Management.- Critical thinking.- Aptitude for editing and proofreading to enhance copy.- Ability to identify and track relevant metrics- Capacity to work under pressure.- Desire for continuous improvement and enthusiasm for learning new skills.- Ability to prioritize and plan activities to make time efficient.- Quick adaptability to changes in processes.- Experience juggling multiple projects and recurring tasks simultaneously.**Performance Objectives**- Hit campaign goals and targets.- Client retention.- Customer satisfaction score.**Required Qualifications, and specs**- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, or related field.- 3+ years of work experience with paid ad campaigns on Google and Facebook/Instagram.- Advanced English.- Experience using Zapier.- Willingness and ability to work extended hours or weekends to achieve goals.- Management of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).- Computer with 8GB RAM, i5/Ryzen5 processor, and internet speeds above 30MB as a minimum.**Preferred Qualifications**- Experience with Asana, HubSpot, and Mailchimp.- Experience with traditionally paid ad campaigns.- Hubspot Certified or similar.- Facebook Blueprint, AdWords, or Google certification.**Benefits**:- Some paid holidays- 40 hours of vacation after 1 year of employment- Sick leave after 1 year of employment- Performance bonus- Bereavement leave after 1 year of employment- Professional development: access to Online University, daily coaching, and weekly private coaching.
