**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:- Non-conforming product management in the MRB & RTV areas.- Initiate supplier corrective action requests (SCAR) for major part nonconformances.- Participate in troubleshooting for received items from the supplier, material identified on the shop floor, and Customer issues.- Perform supplier audits according to the standard established by Emerson (ESAC)- Conduct training with the supplier on the production part approval process (PPAP) requirements.- Conduct final review and approval on all production part approval submittals (FA's)- Develop the supplier by the DPPM KPI’s established by Emerson.- Perform the SCORECARD on the supplier with the support of the purchasing team for evaluation.- Coordinate material purges in a warehouse for non-conforming material.- Review of non-conforming product in manufacturing.**For This Role, You Will Need**:- Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.- 5'S Methodology.- Management and knowledge of statistical process control (SPC, GR&R studies, MSA).- Management and knowledge of 8D's discipline.- Internal auditor in ISO 9001.- Knowledge in Foundry, Heat Treatment, Welding and Machining Processes- Operational excellence training.- Knowledge of standard norms (ASTM, ASME, MSS-SP55).- Knowledge of measuring instruments.**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart**:- Advanced English (B1, C2, C1)- Knowledge in GD&T & Core Tools**Our Offer To You**:By joining Emerson, you will be given the opportunity to make a difference through the work you do.Emerson's compensation and benefits programs are designed to be competitive within the industry and local labor markets.
