About the Job:Business Strategy / Strategic Vision:- Partners with business to understand their strategies, outcomes and value needed to achieve such strategies; and develops a product vision and roadmap to enable these strategies and needs- Defines the IT & Data product vision for Financial Planning and Cash Applications for North America and Latin America. Fosters and evolves products and translates required product evolutions into a roadmap for the team (in collaboration with her/his clients and transversal entities)- Understands a wide range of business needs, technologies and their potential evolution, overviews and promotes the product roadmap- Embodies the business vision, is responsible for defining and validating Minimum Viable Products, and handles and all business-related aspects of the product for the regional needs (North & Latin Americas)- Influences Global Finance Product capabilities and platforms, and their delivery model to determine the production of value- Domains include all areas of Financial Planning and Cash Applications/OperationsProcess & Projects:- All aspects of this business strategy to be delivered via product roadmap, using agile framework for delivery- Product management and development for regional/local products- Build a sustain a value-driven product backlogImpact on Business Results:- Contributes to business results by delivering Finance Products with high value for the organization, unlocking new capabilities and ensuring high quality IT delivery.Key Deliverables:- Strategic vision, long/mid-term roadmap and actual delivery of products and services within Finance.- Strategic vision, consolidated roadmap and best practices of skills and competencies for all areas delivering in this space.- Managing team both direct and indirect reports to thrive within global company**Requisitos**:- 10 to 15+ years of experience in the technology related field.- Experience in leading and building multicultural, remote teams.- Experience with CPG and working agile are desiredInnovation Skills and Competencies:- Digital Finance technologies (SAP ERP, FP&A tools and processes, best-of-breed tools such as Tagetik, High Radius, FIS Integrity, Thompson Reuters Tax, Lockbox, etc)- Passion in technology innovation- Ability to manage very high intensity problems- Technology market expertise in the Finance and IBP capabilities- Ability to lead different delivery models, with a preferable experience of Agile frameworks- Excellent external management skills- Very strong communication & influencing skillsBENEFICIOS**What we offering**Place of Location: Colonia Santa Fe, CDMXJob stability**Benefits**:Attractive salaryType of position: Full time, ContractTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés avanzado (Obligatorio)Trabajar desde casa:- Temporalmente debido al COVID-19
