We are active in our communities, driving and supporting social initiatives that benefit children, women and the environment.**Job description**We are looking for a customer-focused enthusiast who contributes securing availability in all country sales channels and with that supporting our overall vision of “creating a better everyday life for the many people”.**Your assignment**- Support the country and store commercial team with planning and execution of global and country activities by providing availability information, in-delivery planning and follow up on goals to ensure activity commitments are fulfilled.- Safeguard availability through monitoring replenishment parameters for new products (NEWS), running range and discontinued (UTG) articles and support the selling units with coaching and education.- Monitor shortages and coach the selling units with their working routines and support with order creation and, together with supply partners, improve the replenishment set up.- Support all the selling units in your country with the build-up of needed stock prior to peak sales periods and the assessment of supply constraints in order to ensure full availability for customers.- Ensure a timely and efficient replenishment for new or rebuilding stores within your country in co-operation with supply chain partners.- Support the Retail Flow and Capacity Specialist in analysing the potential for changing optimal replenishment solutions for high-volume articles, including the execution of a smooth switch.- Monitor the stock structure of selling units in your country and support the stores in maintaining a healthy level of stock structure (discontinued articles, overstock and concrete).- Ensure that the competence level of store Sales and Supply Support Specialists is at the right level - by providing necessary trainings and coaching.- Provide the timely and accurate supply and availability information from supply chain and provide availability analysis to support the stores in ensuring availability at the lowest possible cost.- Coordinate with product and compliance specialist closely, understand the requirements of the regulated articles, and set the process/workflows to secure the products are sellable and available to customers.- Work closely with sale leaders to ensure the accurate forecasting - operational forecast vs tactical forecast and actual sales.- Live the IKEA values and nurture a strong and living IKEA culture that values the diversity of customers and co-workers and inspires extraordinary achievements in the department. Through your everyday work, you contribute to a people and planet positive business, social connection and environmental impact.**Qualification**- You have at least 4 years proven experience in a supply chain function.- You have analytical capabilities and like working with big data and different IT systems.- You are fluent in English both written and spoken.- You have Retail and home furnishing experience and interest.- You have the ability to make a difference by positively influencing the business directly as well as through good collaboration- You are passionate about growing business and people together using the experience and skills in the best way.**More Information
