**Responsibilities**:- **Develop and optimize automation solutions** for the Body-in-White (BIW) process, including robotics, PLCs, and other automated systems.- **Lead and coordinate automation projects**, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.- **Continuously improve BIW processes** to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.- **Provide technical support** to the manufacturing team, including troubleshooting automation-related issues.- **Conduct training** for staff on new automation technologies and processes.- **Maintain documentation** for automation systems, procedures, and updates.- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams** (design, production, QA) to ensure successful automation integration.**Requirements**:- **Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering** (or related field).- **5+ years of experience** in automation engineering, preferably in the automotive industry with a focus on BIW processes.- **Proficient in PLC programming, robotics, and automation systems**.- **Familiarity with CAD software and MES** (Manufacturing Execution Systems).- **Strong project management skills**, capable of leading complex initiatives.- **Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills**.- **Effective communicator**, with strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.- **High attention to detail** and ability to ensure technical accuracy.- **Adaptability to evolving technologies** and fast-paced environments.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: Hasta $69,000.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
