We are fully committed to providing the technical and operational support necessary to drive the success of our partners—from prototyping to full-scale manufacturing.**Core Responsibilities**- Lead the design and development of mechanical components and assemblies using 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)- Create and manage engineering drawings with proper GD&T to meet functional, dimensional, and tolerance requirements- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure designs are aligned with production capabilities- Support the prototyping process, including vendor coordination and validation of first articles- Maintain and revise Bill of Materials (BOM) and technical documentation- Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and continuous improvement projects- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all designsExperiência y requisitos**Basic Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline- 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design for manufacturing environments- Proficient in SolidWorks, or equivalent 3D CAD software- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, and production processes- Ability to solve complex engineering problems with a hands-on and analytical approach- Excellent communication and teamwork skills- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred for cross-border collaboration**Bonus Qualifications**- Experience designing for CNC machining, sheet metal, or casting processes (Investment Casting)- Familiarity with FEA tools (e.g., SolidWorks Simulation, ANSYS)- Knowledge of lean product development or DFMA principles- Hands-on experience in prototyping or fabrication shopsBeneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Ingeniería**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo- Lunes a viernes**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** Si
