The position we are hiring for is a Bilingual position Project Coordinator. This position includes managing workflow for maintenance work orders on residential properties assigned by our clients. Project Coordinators will accept work orders from clients and then coordinate vendors in the field to complete the jobs.Project Coordinators must complete research and recruit vendors as necessary. Project Coordinators are also responsible for contacting tenant at the property to coordinate access for field vendors and relay information. The position requires **very** **advanced** **spoken and written **English skills, preference given to applicants who have completed internships or worked in English speaking countries or jobs.During COVID you must have your own computer, reliable internet connection and home office setup.**Requirements**:- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written (English)- Results oriented person with great intrapersonal skills- Strong Customer Service, Proven organizational and administrative skills- Highly self-motivated, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, professional, proactive, meticulous and a "can-do" attitude- Confidence in decision making, strong communications skills; great people skills.- Strong analytical, deductive reasoning, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to prioritize work for effective implementation, interact effectively with people at all levels, and function as an effective team member.- Long term oriented.**Recommended**- Bachelor's degree major in Business Administration, Real Estate, Communication or related fields.
