Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Operations Associate, Marketing to join our remote team. Some of our customers include Colgate, Paramount, Visa, Ancestry, Tommy Bahama, and more.**Key responsibilities**:Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring easy access and version controlProvide administrative and logístical support for marketing events, webinars, and conferencesIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automation in marketing workflowsCompile basic marketing data and assist in analysis to support data-driven decision-makingAssist in creating and updating marketing presentations, reports, and spreadsheets as neededCollaborate with team members to support ongoing marketing initiatives and projects**Qualifications**:1-2 years of experience in marketingStrong foundation in marketing principles and best practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPointStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesDemonstrated adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies quicklyProactive and self-motivated with a growth mindsetAttention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under pressureGood interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environmentFamiliarity with digital marketing trends and best practicesBasic analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data (preferred)**Please note**: This is a remote contract 40-hour/week, Mexico-based position that requires working from 10 am - 6 pm EST to overlap with the team.**How we care**:Competitive payMission-aligned company event participationInclusive, collaborative, and exciting start-up cultureAccelerated career & personal growthCulture Club and more
