**_Essential Duties & Responsibilities_**1. Foster meaningful partnerships across the organization, cultivating a supportive environment.4. Plan and coordinate Hiring efforts.6. Mentor and teach recruiters. Partner with division leadership to assess workforce needs and develop sourcing strategies.7. Demonstrated ownership of processes and procedures related to HR area(s); a thought leader.8. Monitor performance of programs in assigned discipline(s) and uses data to provide insights about new and existing problems.9. Support Human Resources training efforts; supervise and mentor other staff as needed.10. Continuously identify, measure, and improve processes.11. Other duties as assigned.12. Understand. Create. Simplify.**_ Required Qualifications_**- B.A. or B.S. degree in Human Resources or related field- Typically six years experience within Human Resources or a related field- Strong knowledge of laws and legal practices and procedures as it pertains to HR area- Excellent listening, coaching, customer service and interpersonal skills- Strong analytical ability and problem resolution skills- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information and data- Demonstrated ability to handle/prioritize tasks- Ability to work independently within a team environment- Proficient knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with an HRIS system and processes- Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment- Background check results satisfactory to SEL (where applicable)- Negative drug test result(s) (where applicable)**_ Preferred Qualifications_**PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM certification**_ Physical Requirements_**None
