Budget Relocation not approved for this role.**What You’ll Do for Us**- ** D**evelop**s** the Shopper Strategy and Plan for specific Operating Unit Category based on its E2E Journey and Big Idea to ensure that bold brand equity is translated into transactions.- Leads the customization (global brands) and/or develops (regional brands) content for specific category touchpoints and/or channel based on key occasions and relevant triggers- ** De**signs** **Shopper Promotions when it is a critical component of the big idea and scalable to ensure relevance and efficiency- ** Manag**es** **the calendar of Shopper Activation for the specific Category to ensure timely execution- ** Develops** **Shopper execution guidelines and** **Support**s** Marketing Execution by handing over to Frontline Marketing robust activation tool kits and materials for seamless market activation- ** Translates** **Shopper Insights and Channel expertise into concrete communication and brand activation strategies and plans**Key Responsibilities**:- Ability to **gather** **shopper** **insights** from multiple categories and **connect the dots** **into a strategic direction** towards channel execution- Ability **to translate** **E2E Journeys into concrete activation** per shopper touchpoint/channels- Ability to brief agencies to develop content and communication materials for several categories and channels- Ability to **orchestrate multiple stakeholders**, delivering the most effective and efficient tool kits for market execution- Expertise in **working with different external partners** (i.e.: agencies, production houses )- Ability to work in **Agile** cross-functional teams**Qualifications & Requirements**- 10-12 years of leadership experience including Marketing/Shopper Marketing/Franchise Marketing, Project Management, Capability Building and Agency Management- Experience working in **cross**-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred**- Experience working with marketing **in** **the field is preferred**- Fluent English is required; Portuguese/ Spanish desirable.- **Mastery Of (**_Required_**)**:Shopper insights and marketing; Channel insight and execution; Project management; Customer/shopper journey; Digital- **Broad Expertise In (**_Good To Have_**)**:Bottler management; Capability building; Agency management ; Dmi/roi management- ** Communication** **Focus**: Role will require frequent communication with Operating unit Frontline teams, Commercial / Channel Leads; Role will also interact frequently with external parties, particularly agencies and POS companies**What We Can Do For You**- **Purpose Driven**: Purpose-driven approach that empowers our people to protect the environment and communities we serve while delivering safe & quality products**.**:- **Global Connections**:Allows you to develop, enhance and maintain global connections that allow us to move faster and learn from others.- **Community of Belonging**:We’re an organization that believes our ability to continually grow and build the right atmosphere where people feel safe and empowered, lets you bring your best self to work.**Skills**Strategic Planning; Digital Shopper Marketing; Shopper Marketing; Media Strategies; Creative Strategies; Marketing Execution; Campaign Development; Integrated Brand; Shopper Experience; Digital Content; Customer Insights**Our Purpose and Growth Culture**:We are taking deliberate action to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference.
