This is a full time position to legally work in the United States for several years at a time. The salary showed above is the estimated monthly pay based on the exchange rate at the time of this job posting.Registered Nurses provide skilled nursing care to clients across the health spectrum, including those with acute illnesses, injuries, chronic conditions, and disabilities. Performs as a vital partner with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to assess client needs, develop comprehensive care plans, and evaluate treatment effectiveness.Primary Duties and Responsibilities Include:- Accurately administers prescribed medications and initiates intravenous therapies- Conducts thorough health assessments to identify client problems and needs, formulating and implementing individualized nursing care plans.- Makes daily resident rounds to assess physical and emotional status and to implement any required nursing interventions.- Prepares clients for, and assists with, examinations and treatments- Prepares rooms, sterile instruments, equipment and supplies, and ensures that stock of supplies is maintained- Responds to resident and family concerns and ensures that each concern is documented, and a resolution is initiated or communicated to appropriate staff.Minimum Qualifications:- Degree in nursing from an accredited college or university (with cedula profesional)- Pass NCLEX test (we provide test preparation and cover test fee in Mexico)- Multi-state license as a Registered Professional Nurse in the USA (we take care of the licensing process with the USA authorities)- At least one year of nursing experience- Ability to pass criminal background check- Ability to pass drug test- Advanced English Level required: 70 % or more- Experience in a behavioral health setting is preferredWORK AREAS:- Behavioral inpatient**Benefits**:- Full-time position- Salary From $80,000 to $152,000 (salary varies according to location and experience)- This is a full time position to work in the United States for several years at a time.
