Come be part of a team where your ideas can drive the future.**Mid-Level Data Analyst - Build Data Infrastructure & Automate Insights*****Location**:** Remote (Latin America)**Position Type**:** Full-Time**What You’ll Do*****:- Develop and refine our **Data Warehouse schema** to support scalable data analytics.- Automate **ETL processes** using **HevoData**, **SQL scripts**, and **Redshift pipelines** to streamline data ingestion and transformation.- Build and manage **Power BI** dashboards that deliver automated, real-time insights to the business.- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across **MySQL** and **Amazon Redshift**.- Work closely with the **VP of Engineering** to architect data solutions and optimize analytics workflows.- Occasionally collaborate with **engineering teams & business units** to gather requirements and refine reporting needs.- Deliver **aggregation datasets** in Power BI that update regularly and provide business-critical insights.Own and document data processes, ensuring knowledge sharing across teams.**Tech Stack & Tools*****:- **Databases**:**MySQL, Amazon Redshift- **ETL & Automation**:**HevoData, SQL scripts, Redshift pipelines- **Data Visualization**:**Power BI, Tableau, QlikView- **Cloud Platforms**:** AWS (Redshift, S3, Lambda)- **Scripting (Nice to Have)**:** Python, R**What We Need (Must-Haves)*****:- **3+ years of experience** in a Data Analyst or Data Engineering role.- Strong **SQL skills** for complex queries, data transformations, and performance optimization.- Hands-on experience designing or maintaining **data warehouse schemas** in **MySQL & Redshift**.- Proven experience in **ETL automation**, ideally using **HevoData** or similar tools.- Proficiency in **Power BI**, with experience in **DAX calculations, data modeling, and scheduled refreshes**.- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize queries for large datasets in **Amazon Redshift**.Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into data-driven insights.Comfortable working independently and solving data challenges proactively.Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.**Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points)*****:- Experience with **Tableau** or **QlikView** for additional visualization capabilities.- Familiarity with **Python or R** for advanced data processing or statistical analysis.- Knowledge of **AWS cloud-based data solutions**, such as **Redshift Spectrum or Athena**.- Prior experience supporting **business intelligence functions** in a SaaS or data-driven company.**What’s in It for You?*****:- **Competitive Salary** that reflects your expertise and contributions.- **Fully Remote Role** - Work from anywhere in Latin America.- **Growth & Upskilling Opportunities** - Tech talks, mentorship, and continuous learning.- **High-Impact Work** - Build and optimize a data infrastructure that powers business decisions.Learn more about **TeamStation AI Careers**
