Our bouquet of Modernization Engineering Services cuts across Cloud, Data, Dynamics, Contact Centers, and around newer technologies like Generative AI, MS Fabric, and other modernization platforms.**Title- Sr Front End Engineer****Location- Guadalajara and Mexico City (Remote)****Type of Hire- Full Time****Responsibilities**- Collaborating with Product, Backend, Design, Data, and QA teams to resolve ambiguities and roadblocks, and plot a path forward- Troubleshooting and fixing bugs, implementing enhancements, and iterating rapidly based on various feedback- Responding to pivots in priority quickly, and creating documentation on the path taken- Proactively zeroing in on areas of code that need improvement, and driving suggestions for improvement**What we are looking for**- An undergraduate degree in Computer Science (i.e., Bachelor’s degree, Licenciatura in information technology)- 8+ years of Front-end Development experience- Deep, foundational understanding of Javascript and/or Typescript- Strong communication skills, effectively collaborating within distributed teams across multiple time zones**Nice-to-haves**- Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment, or being incredibly enthusiastic about learning quickly in a new space- Experience working with design systems (component libraries) - Experience with Redux Toolkit, Vite, TailwindCSS - A solid understanding of REST architecture, HTTP/HTTPS, HTTP2.0- Exposure to user analytics, and a/b testing tools- Experience with authentication, and session managementSonata Software is an Equal Opportunity Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
