Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Master Scheduler (Metals) located in Guadalajara, North Site.The Master Scheduler (Metals) role involves responsible for working with the materials and planning teams to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of final product, with zero downtime.What a typical day looks like:- Create daily production schedules- Supervise that deadlines are met.- Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization- Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management- Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues.- Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime- Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials- Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage.- Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues- Provide training to staff members as required- Report key metrics as requiredThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:- BS degree in Administration, Engineering in electronics, mechatronics or related.- Experience in the position in Metal Mechanics is mandatory- Intermediate- Advanced English (written and spoken)- Strong knowledge in MRP.- Personnel Administration- Solid experience in production control- Excel Intermediate-Advanced.- Kinaxis management is a plus- Experience in NPI.- Schedule availability- Work under pressure.- OrganizedWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary- Life & Medical insurance- Christmas Bonus- Food Coupons- Saving Fund.- Life InsuranceAU51Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply Chain**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
