As a Program Manager at Google, you lead multi-disciplinary projects. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Your projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We are an upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.**Responsibilities**:- Develop deployment plans and fulfillment strategies for machine delivery in partnership with product areas and the supply chain team.- Communicate program health, status, and actions to stakeholders including product areas, leadership, and partner organizations.- Work with cross-functional partners and software engineering teams to design automation needs for scale and efficiency. Collaborate across organizational levels and boundaries.- Drive efforts to improve efficiency, cycle times, reliability, predictability and on-time delivery.- Oversee and ensure successful execution and on-time delivery of these plans and strategies.
