You maintain a maintenance calendar for our repair technician, updating it as service requests come in. Thinking strategically, you triage requests and prioritize them by urgency. You collaborate with residents, technicians, and vendors to ensure timely service and to keep our inventory well-stocked. Attentive to detail, you manage our billing, order supplies as we run low, and ensure all maintenance requests are fully addressed.
