Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.**About the role****Key Responsibilities**:As a **Global Change Manager**, you’ll be responsible for:- Facilitating with people across multiple teams, engage and interact with leadership at various levels and should be skilled in dealing with conflict, helping influence and drive people towards a goal or action.- Host and Manage Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.- Ensure changes are logged, prioritized, categorized, assessed, authorized, planned, and scheduled, and are introduced in a controlled and coordinated manner.- Work with multiple customers, stakeholders, and system owners to coordinate, communicate and provide risk assessments on all IT changes.- Provide training and technical support on the change management process for users with varying levels of IT knowledge.- Analyze change records to determine any trends and provide analysis of change data and communication of that to technical groups and business stakeholders.- Participate in audit reviews of change management throughout the organization.- Work with both business and technical representatives to develop and enhance change management processes.**Requirements**:We are looking for people who are responsible, organized and self-motivated. If this is you, get in touch.**As a minimum you must have**:- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management of Information Systems, or related business discipline(s).- ITIL V4 Certification- 7+ years of change management experience in IT- Strong understanding of Change Management methodologies and best practices (ITIL) as well as experience developing and enhancing complex processes.- Ability to organize and prioritize workflow and to meet established timeframes and deadlines.- Self-motivated and proactive individual- Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, communication and technical skills are essential.- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a requirement for this role.- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, be a team player, meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.- Flexibility to work in 24/7 Shifts.- Individual must be highly motivated, results-oriented with keen attention to detail and able to work in fast-paced environment**Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have**:- Service Now certifications- Master’s Degree.**Benefits**We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees and enhancing our programs when necessary.- Have peace of mind and body with our health insurance- Drive forward your career through professional development opportunities**Our commitment to you**Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
