Únete a nuestro equipo**Sobre el puesto**Buscamos un **PM Scrum Master** con habilidades en liderazgo, trabajo en equipo y la capacidad de guiar a nuestros equipos hacia el éxito mediante la metodología ágil.**Responsabilidades**:- Facilitar las ceremonias Scrum (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives)- Ayudar al equipo a eliminar obstáculos y mejorar su rendimiento- Trabajar estrechamente con Product Owners para gestionar el backlog de proyectos- Asegurar que las mejores prácticas ágiles se implementen correctamente- Fomentar la colaboración y comunicación en todo el equipo- Realizar un seguimiento de los KPIs y métricas ágiles para evaluar el progreso**Requisitos**:- Experiência como Scrum Master o Project Manager en entornos ágiles (2+ años)- Conocimiento profundo de Scrum, Kanban y otras metodologías ágiles- Habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación efectiva- Certificación Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) es un plus- Capacidad para gestionar equipos multifuncionales de forma remota y presencialTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: Hasta $40,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
