As a Senior Data Analyst, you will collaborate closely with various departments to drive data-driven decision-making, optimize performance, and support the organization's goals.**_Key Responsibilities: _**- Data _Collection & Management:- Gather, clean, and structure large datasets from multiple internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks to integrate data into analytical systems.- Maintain and optimize data pipelines and ensure high-quality data is available for analysis.- Data _Analysis & Interpretation:- Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights, trends, and patterns that will influence business strategies and decisions.- Utilize advanced statistical techniques (e.g., regression analysis, clustering, time series analysis) to derive meaningful insights.- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and cross-functional teams.- Business _Intelligence & Reporting:- Design and develop dynamic dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).- Provide timely and actionable reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.- Proactively identify opportunities for automation and improvement in reporting and analysis processes.- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: _- Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and senior management to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven insights.- Lead and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on analytical techniques, tools, and methodologies.- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders, explaining complex data in an accessible manner.- Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling: _- Build and implement predictive models to forecast trends, customer behavior, and business outcomes.- Contribute to the development of data-driven business strategies by providing advanced analytical insights.**_Technical_** Skills**:- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and/or SAS.- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).- Expertise in data manipulation, transformation, and integration using tools such as Excel, SQL, and ETL platforms.- Experience in statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics.- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.**ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH ESSENTIAL**(Will be evaluated).**Job type**: On site.**Locatio**n**:Aguascalientes**Salary**: $80,000 gross.**Benefits**: Excellent superior benefits.
