At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.Currently we are looking for our next:**Comanufacturing Quality Coordinator****Which is the main objective of this role?**Verify that the Quality and Food Safety requirements of the Co-Manufacturing network contracted in PMF are compliancedCheck that all products manufactured under the PepsiCo brand are safety and properly for human consumption and compliance design specifications established for food quality and food safety parameters.Continuous improvement process in CoMan, through the definition and implementation of quality & Food Safety standards, Global Standards, No debates of sensitive product handling.It has the decision of acceptance, release or rejection of the finished products according to the design.Update the Quality documentary system for CoMan process.Verify the follow-up of the Co-Man KPIs, as well as the follow-up of corrective actions and / or improvementVerify that the Co-Man demonstrates compliance with the established requirements**What will you be doing?**- Follow up to the implementation and execution of the Global Quality and Food Safety programs in CoMan- Verify that the specifications for ingredients, packaging material finished product, formulation, analytical methods to be used, target parameters for product control have been provided to Co-Man to meet the quality plan and replicate the product design- Participates in the scaling of the product (as support to the R&D areas) at the industrial level in the Co-Man, in the industrial tests, first production, commissioning and qualification of the finished product; Receive the final design from the R&D areas that the new or current Co-Man will manufacture for PepsiCo. Also verify that Co-Man can replicate the design in a timely manner.- Notifies CoMan immediately of any irregularity detected in the analyzed product and monitors the correctness of the causes that caused the nonconformity- Provides technical support to CoMan when differences between the specification and the product manufactured by them are found, to ensure compliance.- KPI’s follow up & the action plans resulting from the indicators, audits, consumer complaints, process controls, non-conformities open to suppliers and projects through technical visits or telephone conferences.- Verify that the Co-Man executes the actions related to Non-Conformities (NC) resulting from indicators, audits, indicated in the indicators report.- Certifies and documents the rejections of raw materials, products in process and finished products, with quality problems, through the results of the chemical physical analyzes and acceptance criteria and rejections established in the specifications- Compiles and documents the complaints, detentions, rejections statistics for quality problems of raw materials of plants and CoMan & ensure CoMan generate COA’s for each batch of product received at Pepsico warehouses- Participates in market product evaluations (ICM) and Audit of missing units in finished product warehouses.- Responsible for verifying compliance with the attributes and quality variables of national and imported finished products.- Support and participate in plant self-inspections and AIB audits.- Training of key personnel in Co-Man plant for the correct deployment and correct execution in plant with the necessary knowledge so that the programs are managed according
