What critical knowledge and competencies are needed to successfully perform in this position?This individual will be responsible for providing high-profile business analysis and financial decision support the Global Business Consulting and Solutions business described above. This will involve/require;- strong financial analysis skills, including data sourcing and the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations- strong communication skills/ability to empathize with the market /product teams- strong influencing and negotiating skills- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously- continually assess processes to determine where improvements can be made- liaison with HQ Finance and Market Teams- cost benefit analysis and business case justification- target-setting and tracking against milestonesWell-developed analytical and strategic thinking skills. Self-starter with ability to drive results. Strong modeling skills, excel capabilities. Capable of providing thought leadership in respect of potential process improvement. Must be a team player, but have an ability to influence others without formal authority.
