For more information, please visit: Team Overview Our Business Analysis & DS Team serves as a strategic partner to drive data‑informed decision‑making and optimize business performance. Combining business acumen, advanced analytics, and technical expertise, we uncover actionable insights, shape strategies, and empower growth across key business domains. Role Responsibilities Responsible for business analysis of international food delivery operations, with a focus on in-depth examination of competitive landscape, users, merchants, and transaction strategies to provide actionable insights for the business. Specialized Analysis: Independently conduct deep‑dive analyses, leveraging business understanding and internal/external insights to identify challenges or opportunities, and deliver strategic recommendations for implementation. Business Performance Analysis: Support routine weekly and monthly business reviews by providing performance analysis and specialized reports. Industry Research: Conduct competitive benchmarking and industry research aligned with key business development needs to define strategies and approaches, ensuring well‑informed decision‑making. Data Infrastructure: Define core business metrics and collaborate with operations, product, data science, data engineering, and algorithm teams to enhance data infrastructure and drive strategy execution. Role Qualifications Full‑time bachelor’s degree or above (preferred majors: Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Algorithms, or related fields). 2+ years of experience in consulting, internet strategy, or business analysis. Strong business acumen and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and manage complex coordination challenges. Solid business sense, capable of engaging in daily decision‑making, conducting multidimensional analysis, and delivering actionable insights and improvement recommendations. Problem‑solving skills: Excellent logical thinking and problem‑solving abilities to quickly identify and resolve issues in data analysis. Proficiency in English as a working language is a plus. Strong data analysis skills, with hands‑on experience in SQL, Python, R, or similar tools for data processing and analytics.
