Today, more than a million customers and a billion users in over 180 countries use DocuSign to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people’s lives.**What You'll Do**:As an Accounting Manager, you have in-depth knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, proficiency in accounting systems, and strong motivation to contribute to the achievement of an efficient monthly, quarterly, and annual close and financial reporting process. You pay great attention to detail and the ability to deliver results under deadlines as well as working effectively cross-functionally in a rapidly changing environment.This position is an individual contributor reporting to Sr. Manager, Accounting and is designated Flex.**Responsibility**- Oversee the day-to-day activities of accounting operations for areas of responsibility- Support the month-end close and reporting process, review and approve journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations- Partner with FP&A, payroll and purchasing to ensure timely and accurate execution of close activities and related process improvement initiatives- Manage balance sheet and income statement review- Drive key process improvement and automation projects to reduce and streamline the close cycle**What You Bring**:**Basic**- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience, CPA required- 8+ years of related work experience - Big 4 or large regional public accounting experience required**Preferred**- Thorough understanding of US GAAP- Proficient verbal and written communication skills- Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets- Familiar with Google Suite- Experience with Oracle ERP and reporting tools- High degree of analytical and problem-solving capability- Ability to work independently and balance multiple responsibilities simultaneously- Experience in a large corporation or SaaS technology company- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization**Life At DocuSign**:**Working here**DocuSign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
