Customer Success Representative

This role will reactively manage all small fleet business customers in the ANZ Region. Owning account retention, renewal, and client activities to keep churn under annual targets and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.**Key Responsibilities.**- Dealing with and resolving high-volume customer queries quickly in a friendly and efficient manner.- Identifying the need to escalate more complex queries to the relevant teams or departments.- Liaising with internal teams to find resolutions for customer issues.- Working within SLAs - Ticket Resolution Times, Call Handling Times.- Ensuring excellent customer service and support throughout.- Updating and managing the CRM tool for all customer issues.- Attend, contribute and present at team meetings and other internal events.- Work tirelessly to achieve team targets relating to retention and growth.- Understand company needs in order to add growth to accounts through renewals and upsell opportunities.- Maintain a knowledge base of product and solution features/functionality of competitors and own products.**WHO YOU ARE (Qualifications)**- Previous experience in customer service gained within a call centre environment/ 1+ Years experience in an administration role.- Experience and skilled in dealing with and resolving customer issues.- Good telephone manners and a desire to go above and beyond.- IT literate and good knowledge of MS Office tools.- Ability to maintain focus and work effectively under pressure.- Ability to learn at speed, and adapt to new processes/systems easily.- Desire to learn and progress within the Company.Preferable Skills & Experience.- A background in technical product and/or account management support would be desirable.- Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP / CRM systems would be desirable.**WHO IS TELETRAC NAVMAN**Teletrac Navman’s goal is to empower the industries that transform and sustain our futures with simple and intelligent solutions that enhance the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of their operation.
