If so, keep reading**The position**As our Concierge & Guest Experience Supervisor, you will be responsible for helping our guests have an unforgettable positive experience by making sure they have access to all the services and information they need to enjoy their stay while solving any on-site problems that might arise. Being friendly and welcoming is at the core of our DNA, this is why we commit to a hospitable, caring, and personal approach to “angel hosting”. We treat guests with the utmost care and thus ensure that our clients (property owners) obtain the best results from their short-term rental properties.**Specifically, we need you to**:- Negotiate, establish and maintain partnerships and relationships with local service providers and establishments such as chefs, restaurants, tour companies, transportation companies, bars, beach clubs, grocery delivery, etc.- Solve any on-site or experience-related issues that Guests might face before, during, or after their stay;- Together with our reservations desk, coordinate the payment processing for additional services, claims, and refunds when applicable;- Be resourceful and creative, ensuring complete guest satisfaction Remember, our objective is to always have happy guests;- Be flexible. Moskito by Angel Host is a growing start-up, so don’t be surprised if you are asked to help in different areas of the company;- Coordinate with different departments and providers to schedule and organize the delivery of different services and experiences based on guest requests;- Report guest damages on a daily basis;- Fill in a logbook (control of all incidents and daily calls) and ensure proper follow-up to close daily pendings;- Use our task-management software (breezeway) to create tickets (action items) and assign them to the corresponding area managers while following up to ensure their completion;- Verify daily arrivals and departures in our property management and task management systems;- Put together a weekly occupancy calendar and keep other departments informed as needed;- Become the face of our local guest services department;- Perform in-person guest check-ins or guest check-outs when necessary;- Provide support to guests when they request it.**Is this job for you? Well, it is if**:- You are based in Playa del Carmen or are willing to relocate at your own cost;- You have the ability to work under little supervision and maintain a high level of performance;- You are a customer-oriented person;- You possess great prioritization and time management skills;- You have the ability to work at a fast pace under a lot of pressure without compromising the quality of service;- You have a vehicle and you are comfortable driving from one part of the city to the other if you need to visit guests (ex: Playa del Carmen, Playacar, Corasol, etc)- You are comfortable with a flexible work schedule. Guest issues don’t come only from 9 to 5 or Monday to Friday. This job will require a rotational schedule, weekend work, and one day of rest per week.
