We have developed a holistic internal control framework that enables our management teams to deliver governance leadership and maintain our standing as a company of operational excellence.Corporate Audit operates at the heart of our business success by providing objective insights into today’s risks and tomorrow’s challenges. Be a part of a global team that enables extensive exposure across our PepsiCo businesses and functions**Accountabilities****As a Senior Auditor, you will**:- Conduct operational, compliance and financial audits throughout PepsiCo to identify risks and control breakdowns that may impact the integrity of reported financial information and/or the achievement of business objectives- Leverage SOX testing performed by other groups within PepsiCo- Review the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), strategic plans, narratives, workflows and risk control matrix (RCM), as well as lead process walkthroughs facilitated by the business, to develop an understanding of the business and process being audited- Assist Audit Director during planning, development of the scope, identification of site visits, etc.- Identify financial, operational, routine and non-routine risks, as well as the mitigating controls relating to the risks- Perform controls testing of assigned areas of the audit, coach junior team members through controls testing and deficiency evaluation- Communicate identified deficiencies, perform root cause analysis and prepare recommendations for remediation, quantify the potential financial impact with team members, present to Audit Director and align with key business stakeholders- Identify and share best practices with the business, across Corporate Audit and during future audits- Complete assigned areas of the PepsiCo Global Control Standard (GCS) and provided insight into unassigned areas during calibration meetings- Leverage overall business knowledge and prior audits to improve effectiveness and develop audit efficiencies- Contribute input and insights for at least two Corporate Audit Faster Stronger Better initiatives to build your network across the Global Corporate Audit team and contribute to the Internal Audit function of the future- Act as an onboarding buddy to new associates, ensure training and onboarding objectives are met, share your knowledge to ensure the ongoing success of the team**Skills / Experience**- Strong strategic thinker, with business acumen and discipline to focus on the right priorities.- Deep rooted understanding of beverage industry, total system & bottler economics- Experienced in managing P&L- Significant depth on Brand Management (particularly NCB), Consumer Insights and Channel marketing with breadth in Customer marketing, Finance and Operations- Demonstrated ability to turn marketing strategies into winning operational plans- Proven ability to manage a matrix organization (cross-functional / cross-border) with multiple levels of alignment within the PepsiCo system, Unilever system and with the joint venture Board of Directors- Excellent communication, alignment and influencing skills- Committed team builder with a high passion for growth & excellence- Excellent leadership & people management skills able to identify, gain trust & engage with key stakeholders to navigate in a larger system where Lipton may not a top priority- High level E.I and ability to build strong relationships with, and manage culturally diverse groups of people from two distinctive corporate cultures (Unilever & PepsiCo) in addition to the Bottler’s.**Preferred Qualificat
