Regardless of your race, belief, sexual orientation, religion, or any other trait, YOU are welcome in all open positions at the largest healthcare company in the world.When You Join Johnson & Johnson, Your Move Could Mean Our Next Breakthrough.At Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices Companies, we are using our breadth, scale, and experience to reimagine the way healthcare is delivered and to help people live longer, healthier lives.In a radically changing environment, we are making connections across science and technology to combine our own expertise in surgery, orthopedics, and interventional solutions with the big ideas of others to design and deliver doctor and patient-centric products and solutions.We are in this for life.We are searching for the best talent for **Human Resources Director** to be in **Juárez, México.****Purpose**:The Human Resources Director, provides support to the plant/campus by ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, participates on the optimization of the personnel productivity levels and assists with the implementation of HR strategy and general support on the short term and long-term business goals.**You will be responsible for**:Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:- Provide recruiting support to Global Recruiting- Partners with Talent Acquisition on compensation and benefits for all Mexico payroll associates- Ensures compliance to all Mexican Labor laws and Company/J&J procedures- Provides performance/potential feedback to direct reports, partnering with them to prepare development plans- Compliance with safety policies and procedures- Compliance with all ISO 14001 responsibilities- Ensures compliance with Environmental Management System (EMS) responsibilities, OSHA and FDA requirements- Follow J&J and EES Records Management Policies for Convenience Information, Records Retention Schedules, Training and Education, Document Hold Notices, Records Cleanout, Inactive Records and Information Management, Vital Records and third party vendor if applicable.- Leads and provides Juarez campus guidance for Human Resources processes such as Talent Management, Total Rewards, ER/LR, Retained Recruiting (all Union and temporary contractors Non-Union).- Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities listed may be assigned.- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.- Guides the Juarez Campus in ensuring succession planning and development actions are identified as well as supporting the action completion.- For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures- Key participant in the Juarez Leadership Council in which key camps activities and collaborations are discussed and agreed upon.- Performs other duties assigned as needed**Qualifications****Qualifications and requirements**:- Bilingual: English / Spanish required- GMP/ ISO knowledge preferred- Knowledge of Mexican Labor Law- Proficient in Communication Skills: Oral and Written- Knowledge of Immigration Regulations- preferred- Budget Administration- MS Office proficient**Primary Location**Mexico-Chihuahua-Juarez- **Organization**E.E.S., S.A. de C.V.
