Lead Finance Transformation Projects Work with Industry Leaders Sobre nuestro cliente Multinational advisory and technology organization delivering large-scale ERP (SAP), cloud, and data-driven transformation programs across industries. Descripción Identify opportunities to drive business development activities and build a strong sales pipeline. Draft compelling proposals and pitches to engage clients and create new business opportunities. Lead project delivery, managing internal and external stakeholders effectively. Guide teams to execute projects according to planned timelines and quality standards. Design and implement problem-solving solutions within defined budgets and deadlines. Foster strong client relationships and enhance collaboration across teams. Define "to-be" processes and roles leveraging best practices and ERP platforms, especially SAP S/4HANA. Manage process transitions, knowledge transfers, and process reengineering initiatives. Analyze large datasets and create visualizations using advanced tools. Define cost transformation initiatives, build value cases, and set up mechanisms to monitor savings. Lead solution design and implementation aspects of engagements ensuring high quality and timely delivery. Conduct client workshops, present in executive reviews, and lead strategic conversations. Drive continuous improvement in methodologies, tools, and practices. Perfil buscado 7-12yearsofexperienceinfinancetechnologyprojects,including: 1+ year working with SAP S/4HANA. 2+ years working with SAP FICO. At least one end-to-end implementation experience. 2+ years in consulting (Big4 or similar preferred). Strong process expertise in finance, accounting, treasury, or tax operations. Deep knowledge of finance business processes: AP, AR, GL, asset accounting, taxation, treasury, etc. Experience with SAP reporting tools (BI/BO, BW, SAC) and Fiori dashboards. Understanding of SAP customization and integration capabilities. Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively. Advanced English proficiency.
