Come join our team**Summary**: VES is looking for a **Global Demand Coordinator **to join our team in our Matamoros, Tamaulipas location. This person will act as the voice of the customer within Varel to execute on-time and in-full delivery of products while providing timely and accurate information to internal stakeholders**Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. **Other duties may be assigned.- Ensures accurate and timely processing of intercompany and external sales orders.- VES Hub administration and maintenance ensuring accurate processing of information and orders related to proper demand placement globally.- Ensures integrity of global order book and provides/maintains accurate delivery dates daily based upon feedback of capacity, production schedules and external vendor deliveries.- Serves as primary contact for communication with sales, field personnel, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, etc. to fulfill customer requirements and provide order status feedback.- Responsible for expediting resolution of complex issues with various groups including Procurement, Planning Group, Logistics, and others as required.- Leads meetings with region and country contacts.- Reviews inventory levels and recommends possible substitutions.- Utilizes knowledge of products and processes to service customer needs.- Performs other duties and participates in special projects as assigned.**Education and/or Experience**:- A four-year degree in Business or a related field and five or more years of similar Supply Chain experience is preferred.- Fully Bilingual (English - Spanish)- Experience in SAP environment (preferred).- Knowledge of EXCEL (preferred).- Data Basis Management Experience.**Ability to**:- Navigate through various levels of management to obtain critical information to satisfy customer requests.- Effectively prioritize activities based on critical need.- Ability to multitask and shift priorities throughout the day.- Ability to maintain focus and ensure proper closure of all inbound requests.- Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset and does not settle for status quo.Thank you for your interest in a career with Varel Energy Solutions.EOKeCwYXON
