**Role: Bilingual Customer Service Representative****Location: TECNOPARQUE AZCAPOTZALCO- Mexico City****Type: Full-time (On-site)****Language : Spanish & English****Job Summary**:As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding customer support to ensure customer satisfaction.**Qualifications**:- **High school diploma (completed).**:- **Advanced English level (B2+ and above).**:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.- Knowledge of CRM systems and tools (preferred).- Schedule flexibility.**Schedule**:2 days OFF during the week and only 40 hours/weekLooking forward to your response.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: $14,000.00 - $18,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Azcapotzalco, CDMX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Are you comfortable to go onsite ( 5 days in a week ) at TECNOPARQUE AZCAPOTZALCO- Mexico City ?**Education**:- High school or equivalent (required)**Experience**:- call center : 1 year (required)- Customer service Representative : 1 year (required)- voice call process : 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English B2 Level (required)
