This role directly impacts Aplazo's revenue growth and helps establish the company as a leader in the BNPL industry.

Key Responsibilities
Driving revenue, expanding the customer base, promoting the product's benefits, building relationships with potential customers, staying updated on industry trends, and meeting sales targets.

Requirements
Must have

  • Experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the ecommerce, financial services, or payment processing industry.
  • Customer relationship management: building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Knows how to identify potential clients, understand problems and come up with solutions.
  • Ability to qualify leads, and convert them into customers.
  • Negotiation skills: In negotiating deals that maximize revenue and benefit for both the company and the client.
  • Team collaboration: A Sales Executive should have experience in collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Years of experience, 4 years minimum in sales (Outbound).
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite - Excel, Powerpoint, Word.
  • Create and analyze sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software: Be familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as HubSpot, to manage customer data, track sales activity, and analyze sales performance.
  • Understanding of profitability and basic revenue formulas that allow analysis on the impact of commercial proposals.
  • Social Media Skills: Knowledge of social media platforms, such as LinkedIn and Twitter, to use for networking, prospecting, and outreach.
  • Knowledge of Payment Processing Systems: Basic understanding of payment processing systems and technologies is a plus.
  • Soft skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, internal teams, and industry professionals.

Nice to have

  • Experience in selling BNPL solutions: A Sales Executive should have experience in selling BNPL solutions and be knowledgeable about the features, benefits, and limitations of different BNPL products.
  • Basic understanding of APIs: Basic understanding of APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) and how they are used to integrate different software systems, including payment processing systems is desired.
