Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.**Get in the Game: Dive into the Role**- Step up as our **Customer Development Sr Manager** for the Pharmacies team and be responsible for achievement of Sales targets through excellence in the 5P's execution at the direct and indirect point of sale where planning CP/Direct Retailers/Service Providers activities is key. You must develop and support the partnership between CP/Direct retailers/Service Providers (Direct WS, Indirect WS, Distributors, Indirect retailers and Merchandisers) at the customer’s headquarters, at the store and regional level by nurturing contacts and negotiating with buyers, Middleman customer development Force, merchandisers, and Store Operations/in-store personnel. You'll provide feedback on the in-store environment which allows rapid revision of competitive tactics.**Your Mission: What You Will Do**- Build and manage key relationships with customers, negotiate listings and displays, and oversee implementation of in-store tactics and special events.- Collaborate with customer service and logistics teams to track orders, forecast needs, and ensure timely, complete deliveries.- Monitor sales, distribution, and competitive activity at the store level, taking timely action and sharing insights for continuous improvement.- Regularly visit stores, provide feedback and coaching to in-store personnel, and ensure effective merchandising and staff training.- Develop tools and in-store programs for shelf management and supervise data collection to monitor 5P performance.- Lead the development, pre-evaluation, and execution of customer business plans, including 5P activities and commercial investment allocation.- Analyze, track, and optimize 5P activity performance, conduct post-evaluation analysis, and update plans to reflect changing market and competitive dynamics.**Must-Haves for Success: Required Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or similar.- 5+ years of prior experience as a Channel Specialist/Manager, Key Account Manager (KAM), Shopper Development Manager (SDM), or Retail Marketing.- Willingness to travel.- Advanced English level.**Boost Your Game: Preferred Qualifications**- People management experience.- Strong interpersonal skills to build consensus and influence across all levels.- Strong financial experience: Efficient P&L (Profit & Loss) management.- Strong negotiation experience.- Strong experience in developing analyses and identifying business opportunities.**Our Commitment to Inclusion**Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
