**Objective**The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring the highest level of product quality through the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance overall product quality and customer satisfaction.**Main Responsibilities**- Monitor product performance (KPI for PPM quality)- Prepare reports on failures and corrective actions.- Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving product quality.- Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving product quality.- Develop and implement quality control plans and inspection procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and reduce defects.**Position Requirements**- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.- English Advanced.- Previous work experience as a quality engineer or similar role.- Practical experience with quality management systems (QMS) and testing methodologies.- Familiarity with statistical analysis.- Great attention to detail and problem solving skills.- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
