The Junior FP&A Analyst contributes to core financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities including monthly reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking. Working under the guidance of FP&A Sr. Manager, the role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in corporate finance within a global FMCG environment and to develop analytical and business‑partnering skills in a fast‑paced and multinational setting. Primary Responsibilities Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and performance dashboards for business review meetings Support forecasting and budgeting cycles by consolidating data inputs, updating models and validating accuracy Perform variance analysis vs. forecast, budget and last year Collaborate with other team members to gather financial and operational data from different systems and sources Maintain and enhance recurring reporting tools, templates and trackers using Excel and/or Power BI Ensure data quality and consistency across all reporting outputs Support simple ad‑hoc financial analysis and requests from the Taste Elevation Finance Team in North America Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field Experience 2-3 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Business Controllership functions Financial Business acumen, ideally within Food & Beverage or FMCG industries Skills Good analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Pivot) and knowledge of PowerPoint, Power BI is a plus Eagerness to learn and grow within a global finance environment Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal Collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude Location(s): Mexico City – Antara Tower A – 5th Floor – Local Office Kraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes.
