Individual is accountable for: supporting SEH activities at his/her location(s); ensuring documents are available. Position is responsible for: support site ISO certifications; reporting of SEH metrics; being conducted at any time according to Danfoss Ethics and Values.**Responsibilities**:Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.- Support and promotes zero incident SEH culture throughout site. Work with site leadership team and facilities to ensure that all key SEH operational controls are in place.- Support and facilitates SEH engagement through SEH teams and committees needed to accomplish the established targets and objectives for the year.- Support some SEH processes (Gembas, audits, Environmental documentation)- Support on the risk assessment process to determine environmental impacts and aspects- Support and implement operational controls to avoid environmental risk- Support all environmental and safety initiatives and campaigns**Background & Skills**:- **Active student** in Environmental Engineering or similar.- Knowledge in Environmental basis as Management systems (ISO14001:2015)- Bilingual English/Spanish- Basic Knowledge of Mexican environmental, health and safety regulatory laws- Sense of urgency- Proactive and organized.- Teamwork player**Employee Benefits**:**Danfoss - Engineering Tomorrow**:At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
