Together, we’re the next big thing in data.Western Digital® data-centric solutions are found under the G-Technology, HGST, SanDisk®, Tegile, Upthere, and WD® brands.**Job Description**:Job Responsibility:Strategic planning for business - Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and executive a comprehensive roadmap for data automation and activation where cycle times and data democratization to foster innovationProduct development - Lead the development and deployment of Data Products that support data analytical transformation initiatives by identifying key areas of improvement by understanding the deep gaps that can be transformed with data products attuned to business process, stakeholders, and new insights to drive self service analytics for the business unitCross functional leadership - Manage and document key requirements to align team members on transformational goals across business team stakeholders and IT departments to ensure all teams are aligned on timing and deployment on a continual roadmapRequirement analysis - Gather, analyze and prioritize business requirements by translating processes, usage methods and data inputs into an actionable roadmap illustrating the strategy of building solutions supporting and interacting with other, key initiatives across the business ecosystemProduct Delivery - Create comprehensive documentation, reports and presentations that provide insights into the progress and impact; assess and manage risks associated with the project along with mitigation strategies; and leading of change management by leading teams adoption and integration into their day to day usage model**Qualifications**:- Business acumen and ability to articulate technical solutions in terms of Business outcome and vice versa.- Good knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform suite- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and data integration methods- Ability to create data visualizations to provide rapid contextual storytelling- Experience in designing, implementing and deploying data product solutions that meet business needs - desirable.- Strong problem solving and analytical skills- Excellent documentation and presentation skills of the ideas, concepts, solutions and business outcomes.- Solid knowledge of building and validating machine learning models, data wrangling and cleaning, domain knowledge for IT infrastructure, continuous and rapid evolution of skillsAdditional InformationBecause Western Digital thrives on the power of diversity and is committed to an inclusive environment where every individual can thrive through a sense of belonging, respect, and contribution, we are committed to giving every qualified applicant and employee an equal opportunity.
