This role plays a critical part in supporting production by maintaining optimal inventory levels and ensuring the smooth flow of materials and finished goods.**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead and manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping.- Supervise and develop warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training.- Ensure accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits.- Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.- Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.- Optimize warehouse layout and material flow to improve efficiency and reduce waste.- Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rate, and on-time shipments.- Manage warehouse budget and control costs related to labor, equipment, and supplies.- Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred).- 5+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.- Knowledge of inventory control, material handling equipment, and safety regulations.- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
