**Tech Support Manager****What you’ll do**:Main Responsibilities: - Manage technical support activities related to corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance of industrial equipment. - Coordinate and supervise the automation and maintenance technical team, promoting training and skills development. - Ensure compliance with maintenance plans, machine availability targets and performance indexes (OEE, MTTR, MTBF). - Implement automation solutions and improvements in industrial processes, in alignment with industrial engineering and production. - Act in the analysis of failures and in the proposal of corrective and preventive actions. - Establish and monitor KPIs for technical and operational performance. - Control area budgets, including maintenance costs, acquisition of parts and third-party services. - Lead projects for technological modernization and digitalization of industrial processes. - Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.**What is required**:Requirements: - Higher education in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation Engineering or related areas. - Solid experience in industrial maintenance and process automation (PLCs, HMIs, industrial networks, servomotors, sensors, actuators, etc.). - Knowledge of people management, technical leadership and project management. - Mastery of maintenance tools and methodologies such as TPM, Lean Manufacturing, 5S. - Skills in critical analysis, problem-solving and decision-making. - Advanced English for writing, reading and especially speaking. Behavioral Skills: - Active leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Proactivity, organization and focus on results. - Systemic vision and capacity for innovation.
