**Job Responsibilities- Incumbent is responsible for provide and keep in good shape the equipment needed for production line, analysis/repair & quality workstations, also keep updated the max and min required spare parts, based in annual volume scheduled.- Identify, justify and implement back-up equipment required for down time prevention and/or quality improvements.- Responsible to support and provide guidance on the rejected pieces root cause analysis and the design and implementation of poka yokes to prevent the failure mode identified.- Need to develop new methods and equipment to improve the assembly and process control.- Responsible to provide and keep methods and maintenance programs and procedures documented and updated, based on industry best practices.- Responsible for training of maintenance technician and production coordinator on new equipment and process equipment modifications.- Responsible to identify and develop cost reduction programs, using smed, vsm, and lean automation.- Identify capital needs for replacing of equipment due to conditions as well as capital needs to support annual plan in area of responsibility.- Provide tools and equipment for new prototypes and engineering pilot runs.- Any other responsibility included on the TJ Quality System procedures.
