You’ll be working in a dynamic and supportive environment, with some of the brightest and the friendliest people in the sector, and you’ll be helping shape an industry.The Role:- Lead the setup, ongoing management, and delivery of digital marketing/retention strategies for assigned projects.- Collaborate with the marketing team on current and upcoming projects, contributing to the formulation of digital outreach strategies.- Launching optimized adverts through online channels to drive digital engagement for current projects as well as increase company and brand awareness.- Work together with internal teams on project start-up requirements and during the study enrolment to deliver against the business target.- Cooperate with media agencies and external vendors to support patient recruitment initiatives.What you Need:- 3 or more years of proven digital marketing experience, including advanced analytics and reporting expertise.- Bachelor's or equivalent education in marketing or Journalism preferred.- Advanced computer skills including MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)- Excellent English. Verbal, written and communication- Work successfully in a virtual global team.- Enterprise-level knowledge and experience in Google Analytics and tag management solutions.- Ability to produce advanced reports and recommendations concerning current and future marketing and recruitment strategies.- Experience with data visualization tools is highly desired.Note: This position is remote within MexicoBenefits of Working in ICON:Our success depends on the quality of our people.
