Join our KB Rail Mexico team in our next steps.**JOB DESCRIPTION**:Position Summary:Responsible for pneumatic and mechanical maintenance of the production equipment.Essential Functions:- Perform and complete work orders generated by work team from SAP system and related to production Equipment- Implement and support to safety programs and preventive/corrective maintenance- Provide support to maintenance leader to meet department’s metrics- Work safely using all procedures and company’s personal protective equipment related to your job and which you are properly trained- Cleanliness and order of your work area and work tool- Support KPS TPM and Kaizen Events- Support PSA Activities and procedures with team members- Perform all those activities that, due to the nature of the position are requiredManagement & Supervisory Responsibilities:- This position is NOT directly responsible for managing other employeesKnowledge:- Knowledge of Mechanic (Knowledge of 440 Volts a 3 phases Electrical installations and basic knowledge of machining and measuring equipment)- Welding Knowledge- Interpretation of Drawing- PC and Labview Basic Knowledge- CNC Program Basic Knowledge- Fanuc Series Basic Knowledge- PLC Basic Knowledge- Lean Manufacturing Basic Knowledge**Experience**:- 5 Years of experience in Maintenance**Skills**:- Perform hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical designs- Perform work or activities with little or no supervision- Make own decisions when required- Responsible- Schedule availabilityEducation/Certifications:- Intermediate English- Minimum Post-secondary education or electromechanical technician**What does KB Rail Mexico have to offer you?**- Work-life balance that includes Paid Vacation & Holiday Paid Time Off- Vacation Premium- Life insurance- Christmas Bonus- Educational assistance program- Wellness program- Saving Fund- Pantry Vouchers- Permits paid for: Marriage or Death of a direct relative- Attendance Bonuses- Cafeteria Subsidy- Subsidy for prescription glasses- Medical service in plant- Recognition programs- Gym
