With a commitment to innovation and quality, we are dedicated to exceeding customer expectations.**Responsibilities**:Lead and manage a team of mechanical design engineers, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Oversee the design and development of industrial equipment, focusing on mechanical aspects such as GD&T, machining, and fabrication.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical design and IoT capabilities into product development.Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and quality control procedures.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize engineering processes and enhance product performance.**Requirements**:Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, with at least 2 years in a management role.Strong background in GD&T, machining, fabrication, and industrial equipment design.Experience in electrical design and IoT integration is a plus.Proven track record of leading successful engineering projects from concept to production.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English and Spanish.Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Solidworks: 7 years (required)- Mechanical Engineering Management: 3 years (required)Work Location: In person
