Take the chance on being part of something bigger, where your contributions will truly matter.**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:- **Team Mission Statement**:_- **Deliver exceptional HR support to McCormick's U.S. and Canadian employees during their critical moments**_- Provide HR administration assistance for Employee lifecycle (Hiring, Onboarding, Employee changes, Benefits, Time and Attendance, etc.).- Process HR documentation daily with accuracy. Administer and follow through on employee lifecycle services in a timely manner and to defined KPIs.- Validate and process employee related data- Collaborate with 3rd party HR services providers- Ability to effectively synthesize information from a variety of sources- Correctly address escalations by partnering with peers, next level peers, team leaders and team managers.- Ensure compliance (ex. SOX) and best practices are followed to standard- Collaborates effectively with team members and various departments, offering assistance as required and working together to resolve challenges.- Provides process excellence and discipline support within area of responsibility and recommending process improvements, and implementation of the improvements.**CANDIDATE PROFILE**:- Previous experience in Customer Service or HR Administration gained from working in a Share Service Environment will be an advantage- Fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing is a must- Experience in working in HR systems such as SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and strong working knowledge of MS Office 365 preferred- Demonstrated experience in delivering services and advising others- Excellent communication skills, ability to cooperate in an international, matrix organization and consumer-oriented attitude- Mindset of continuous improvement and regularly provides insights to support the development of improved processes and services.- Can train and onboard others- Cultural agility to work with diverse global teams and employee groups- Analytical capability to analyze data, interpret, and provide insight- Well organized, ability to priorities and meet deadlines- Attention to Detail, and engaging in collaborative work teams is a must- Call center experience preferred- Project Management or participating in project teams preferred**WE OFFER**:- Flexible working hours- Good opportunities to start professional career with a global flavor leader- Work in a dynamic international environment,- Internal trainings,- Opportunities for development.- Additional benefits like pantry and restaurant vouchers, and moreAgencies: McCormick as needed will work with external recruitment vendors through our Agency Portal.
